Cohort Simulation Workshops give board members a chance to practice leadership before the stakes are high. Through real-world scenarios and facilitated role-play, participants explore how to handle tough decisions, public pressure, and complex governance challenges in a low-risk, high-impact setting.
These sessions are designed to build confidence, sharpen judgment, and strengthen collaboration—especially for newly seated or mixed-experience boards.
