Legal Qualifications
You must be a citizen of the United States and Delaware and live in nominating district for which you are a candidate.
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the election
Cannot be a paid employee of the district subject to rules & regulations of the board
Must complete a Department of Elections background check each time you file
Must go through a child protection registry check
