At the center of that work is a simple idea: stronger decisions lead to better outcomes.

First State Educate exists to strengthen how school boards make those decisions. We work alongside boards and superintendents across Delaware to build alignment, improve governance, and ensure that priorities are carried through over time.

Over the past two years, this work has expanded across the state supporting seven districts through nine grants, launching a statewide literacy pilot in three districts, and building the Knowledge Hub to provide board members with access to tools, training, and resources. Vision & Voices reflects that momentum and the opportunity ahead.
